Financial Package and Training

  • Experienced driver pay averages between $1,200 and $1,400 every week.
  • New grad transition program features a paid 4–6 week road mentorship at $650 weekly.
  • Extra cash incentives include $300 for orientation and $15 per additional stop.
  • Full corporate benefits kick in on day 31, covering comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and accrued PTO.

Equipment and Road Lifestyle

  • Our operators drive late-model, meticulously maintained commercial trucks.
  • Bring your loved ones or pets along with rider and pet policies active right after training graduation.
  • Expect high volume with an average of 2,500 consistent miles every single week.
  • Work a stable bi-weekly schedule of 14 days on the road followed by 2 full days of home time.

Driver Qualifications

  • Active Class A Commercial Driver’s License and a minimum age of 21.
  • Certificate of completion from a certified CDL school with at least 120 hours.
  • Solid, verifiable employment history and background.
  • Clean safety record with no major violations or DUIs within the last 60 months.
  • Must pass a standard DOT physical along with both hair and urine drug tests.
