Job description

We are hiring CDL-A drivers — including recent graduates and trainees — for a high-volume dedicated network across CA, NV, and AZ averaging $1,200 to $1,500 per week. Get consistent freight, a weekly pay guarantee, and a clear path to $0.61 CPM. Recent grad? We offer paid on-the-job training to get you rolling.

Pay & Bonuses

  • Weekly earnings: $1,200 to $1,500 average weekly gross
  • Starting mileage: $0.55 CPM, up to $0.61 CPM by month 6
  • Experience pays: higher starting rates based on your driving history
  • Monthly bonus: up to an extra $0.06 CPM based on miles

Home Time & Route

  • Consistent 1,700 to 2,200 miles per week
  • Home 1 day per week, typically Sundays
  • Optional: keep running Sundays to boost your paycheck
  • Dedicated CA/NV/AZ network — goal of 3 turns and 6 loads per week

Paid Company Training

  • $680 per week pay during training
  • 4 to 6 weeks of company on-the-job training
  • Must have already completed a minimum 120-hour CDL school program
  • Move directly into this dedicated lane once training is complete

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A required before start
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Solid employment history with no major gaps
  • Must pass a strict drug screen — both urine and hair follicle tests
  • 6 months experience or recent CDL school graduate (120-hour minimum)
  • Clean MVR
