Job description

We are currently hiring Turret Forklift Drivers for immediate openings in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates will operate narrow aisle turret trucks to efficiently handle order picking, replenishment, and inventory movement while maintaining high safety and accuracy standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate turret forklift (VNA/narrow aisle equipment) for picking, put-away, and replenishment

  • Accurately pick and stage orders using RF scanners or warehouse systems

  • Stock and organize inventory in high-density racking locations

  • Replenish pick zones to support continuous operations

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety issues

  • Follow all OSHA and site safety policies at all times

  • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality standards

  • Support general warehouse operations as needed


Qualifications
  • Prior experience operating a turret forklift / VNA equipment required

  • Valid forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  • Ability to work at heights in narrow aisle racking systems

  • Warehouse or distribution experience strongly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
