Coordinator Imaging Technologist

Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Imaging Coordinator, you will be joining a team of employees who are compassionate, kind and deliver high quality, patient centered care. We work hard to support each other where the patients are the center of all we do.

In this role:

  • You will assist with day to day patient care and work flow by overseeing technologists and students, and scheduling staff accordingly.
  • You will perform all the functions of a staff radiologic technologist and performs a wide range of procedures.
  • You will establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with coworkers and all medical staff.
  • You will demonstrate the ability to obtain and interpret information that promotes development and growth within the department.
  • You will provide supervision over CT / Ultrasound and Radiology staffing.
  • You will be responsible for engaging and educating care team by holding monthly staff meetings as well as assisting in hiring, coaching and discipline.
  • You will work closely with the Coordinators in all areas for input in CT / Ultrasound and Radiography.
What Qualifications You Will Need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
  • (ARRT-R) Radiography
  • (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
  • Associate Degree
  • 2 Years experience
