The Opportunity
We are seeking a Technology Support Services Project Analyst, Imaging Solutions (Non-Exempt) to join our Firm. The shift for this role will be Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm. This position will be based in our New York City office (hybrid). The position supports the administration, maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement of the Firm's global print hardware and imaging solutions environment.
  • Assists with the administration of accounts for print hardware and imaging solutions across all regions, including contract documentation, invoice tracking, and related records.
  • Supports print hardware and imaging solution projects through coordination, product research, business application support, testing, implementation assistance, and follow-up activities.
  • Supports the implementation and maintenance of reporting solutions and prepares, maintains, and analyzes reports related to imaging hardware, usage, inventory, service issues, and solution performance.
  • Collaborates with support teams to help maintain consistency in imaging standards, inventory, supplies, and accessories across offices.
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts by evaluating current and emerging imaging technologies, solutions, and best practices.
  • Works with the engineering teams on print drivers, print queues, server deployments, and printer network certificates.
  • Assists with budget-related tracking and analysis, including capital expenditures, monthly projections, and identification of potential cost savings.
  • Performs maintenance and updates for print-related solutions on virtual machines, print servers, and imaging devices as directed.
  • Maintains user guidance, training materials, and technical documentation-including troubleshooting steps, configurations, standards, and procedures-within the technology knowledge base.
  • Provides operational and technical support for imaging issues, including diagnosing and resolving problems, escalating complex matters as appropriate, and supporting regional offices after hours when required.
  • Coordinates with imaging hardware vendors and solution providers regarding service issues, equipment support, and solution performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of global imaging hardware, software, and related inventory.
  • Manages Firm resources responsibly.
  • Complies with and understands Firm operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential knowledge, skills, abilities and other job-related competences
  • Ability to provide in-depth analysis of a range of imaging solutions, including but not limited to HP Web Jetadmin, HP Security Manager, HP AC, Canon ImageWare, and SQL Reporting Services.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software in Cisco, Windows, and macOS environments, including experience using CMD, PowerShell, and Terminal for print queue management, driver installation, and printer troubleshooting.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs, with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Basic SQL knowledge to support reporting solutions, including querying databases, extracting data, and validating report accuracy.
  • Ability to apply logic, reasoning, analysis and interpretation skills to resolve problems
  • Ability to maintain continuous concentration, alertness and attention to detail
