Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Imaging Professional, you will be a highly specialized and essential member of our clinical team, pivotal in performing advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Every day, you will expertly execute diverse specialized imaging procedures, assisting physicians, meticulously monitoring patients, and precisely operating sophisticated equipment for critical real-time guidance and accurate diagnosis.
A steadfast commitment to patient safety advocacy is crucial. Ensuring patient safety is of utmost importance
  • Demonstrate competence to performs the core responsibilities of the staff nurse in Imaging Services.
  • Demonstrate competency in basic clinical procedures performed in the Imaging Services according to the established nursing policy.
  • Administers medication and IV's safely, following the "five rights" of medication administration and within the nursing policy.
  • Transcribes and implements physician orders accurately and within nursing procedure time frames and policy.
  • Completes department documentation requirements according to established policy, time frames, and format including; documentation of patient care on medical records, and maintenance of patient charging system.
  • Provides quality, effective patient care in Imaging Services through the use of the nursing process.
