The VP of Service Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and delivery of turnkey service solutions supporting PET (Positron Emission Tomography) scanner installations, radiopharmacy buildouts, and integrated imaging center development. This role drives the full lifecycle of client engagement-from solution design and business planning through operational execution and ongoing support-ensuring projects meet technical, regulatory, and financial objectives. The VP will serve as the primary executive interface for healthcare systems, independent imaging centers, and commercial partners seeking comprehensive diagnostic imaging infrastructure solutions

Key Accountabilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the service strategy for PET scanner solutions, radiopharmacy buildouts, and imaging center service offerings in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
    • Solution Design & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end design, construction, and commissioning of PET scanner installations and radiopharmacy facilities, ensuring compliance with FDA, NRC, and state health regulations.
    • Operational Excellence: Build scalable service delivery frameworks, including vendor management, logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance programs to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.
    • Client Relationship Management: Lead executive-level engagement with hospitals, imaging centers, and private investors to develop customized service models and long-term partnerships.
    • Financial Performance: Develop P&L ownership for the Service Solutions division; establish revenue targets, pricing structures, and margin optimization strategies.
    • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all solutions meet applicable standards for radiopharmaceutical handling, radiation safety, facility design, and medical equipment operation.
    • Team Leadership: Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and service professionals to deliver best-in-class client outcomes.
    • Innovation & Growth: Identify emerging technologies, service models, and partnership opportunities to expand the organization's footprint in molecular imaging and diagnostic infrastructure

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, Healthcare Administration, Radiological Sciences, or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Management

Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in medical imaging, radiopharmacy, or healthcare infrastructure development.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects including PET/CT installations or nuclear medicine

Technical & Business Skills:

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract
