Location: Houston, TX (Full-time, Permanent)

About the Company:
A well-established imaging service organization supporting hospitals and outpatient facilities with diagnostic imaging equipment service and support. The team is known for delivering high quality technical service, responsive customer support, and reliable equipment uptime across healthcare environments.
Role Overview:
This Field Service Engineer role is based in Houston and will support hospitals and clinics throughout the greater Houston area. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on CT and MRI systems, ensuring equipment performance and customer satisfaction. Working closely with radiology, biomedical, and clinical teams, you will diagnose technical issues, complete service documentation, manage parts requirements, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime. Support may also include software updates, system calibrations, and installation assistance when required.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience servicing CT and MRI systems in a field-based environment
• OEM training from Siemens or GE is strongly preferred, though candidates with experience on other major manufacturers will be considered
