Our ideal candidate will possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent and will look for ways to enhance our mission and vision to bring imagination back to childhood. We are willing to provide training and credential support to help you achieve educational goals in the Early Childhood field.

Now the technical things... A high school diploma or equivalent is required for entry positions. Candidates must be at least age 18 to work with children in Early Childhood, age 21 or older to work with children under 2 years of age, able to tolerate working in a loud and very fast paced environment while meeting licensing standards, Paths To Quality (Indiana's rating system), and NAEYC (National Association of Education for Young Children).

The hours will be determined by the needs of our program. Compensation is based upon experience and educational background. We will require all background clearances and drug screen to be completed prior to hire. Other training, physical, and TB test will be done during orientation.
