Overview:
The Client Advisor/ Key holder serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, guidance, and solutions tailored to their needs. The role involves driving sales, fostering client loyalty, and upholding the brand's high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs.
  • Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized luxury shopping experience.
  • Develop a client book and engage through follow-ups, invitations to events, and personal styling sessions.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations.
  • Uphold the brand's values, image, and standards at all times.
  • Stay updated on brand history, new collections, and industry trends.
  • Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions efficiently and handle POS system operations.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
  • Support back-office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities.

Work Schedule:
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.
