Job description

Position Responsibilities * Conduct identity intelligence analysis to support MCIA mission requirements.
* Support identity resolution, watchlisting workflows, and biometric-enabled analysis.
* Review, evaluate, and integrate biographic, biometric, document, media, cellular, and all-source data.
* Support analysis using I2 identifiers such as EFT files, ORIs, TCNs, and BIDs.
* Produce structured analytic outputs, case notes, reports, and identity intelligence products.
* Support time-sensitive operational requirements and shift-based mission workflows.
* Conduct link analysis, network analysis, pattern-of-life analysis, and entity research.
* Support facial comparison, image review, metadata review, and geolocation support as required.
* Coordinate with mission partners, analysts, and operational stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records, case data, and analytic notes in mission systems.
* Support RFIs and identity-related customer requirements. Required Qualifications * Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, or active TS/SCI, depending on final customer requirement.
* U.S. citizenship.
* At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to identity intelligence, identity resolution, biometric-enabled analysis, watchlisting, all-source analysis, OSINT, or related intelligence functions.
* At least a portion of the relevant experience must be within the last 2 years.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge relevant to identity intelligence and identity resolution.
* Demonstrated experience supporting identity intelligence, identity resolution, biometric-enabled analysis, watchlisting, or time-sensitive intelligence operations.
* Familiarity with I2 identifiers such as EFT files, ORIs, TCNs, and BIDs.
* Ability to structure analysis based on reporting trends and multiple analytic perspectives.
* Ability to produce structured analytic outputs and communicate findings clearly.
* Ability to support shift-based, time-sensitive operations.
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
* Ability to work on-site at MCIA, Quantico, VA. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with TIDE, BI2R, DONISIS, IMESA, or similar I2 platforms.
* Experience with Palantir, Analyst Notebook, CLEAR, Accurint, Babel Street, Maltego, Ntrepid, or similar tools.
* Experience with biometrics, watchlisting, facial comparison, link analysis, pattern-of-life analysis, entity resolution, and network analysis.
* Experience supporting DoD, IC, law enforcement, counterterrorism, counternarcotics, or force protection missions.
