Position Title: Information Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA Pentagon

Position Overview
Minimum/General/Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in contract support services in information/technical
systems acquisition. Must possess Security+ certification and have knowledge and at least one year of demonstrated
specialized experience with NEN Assistant Contract Representative (ACTR) duties and responsibilities. Must possess strong
organizational skills and excellent verbal and writing skills. Experience working in an Echelon 1 organization and working with SES/FO/GO is highly recommended.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop optimized data management and transformation tools to execute more efficient IT support across ASN (RD&A)
  • Provide full DON Navy Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) local support to all ASN (RD&A) personnel, including direct desk-side and administrative support activities related to workstation, printer, wireless and any other approved IT requirements.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory accounting and asset management processes
  • Coordinate information technology support to all ASN (RD&A) personnel with other IT support organizations, including NMCI and Deputy Undersecretary of the Navy (Management) (DUSN (M)). Assess each issue/request to determine appropriate course of action. Keep users informed of service request resolution status
  • Track and submit service desk trouble tickets to NMCI Field Services and Service Request Management Teams via Service Manager (SM) 7 software application. Escalate and resolve NMCI user impacting issues by working with the Lead Contract Technical Representative (CTR) and the NMCI Site Delivery Teams
  • Manage NMCI service requests and invoices through enterprise tool sets such as NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET), SREFORMS and eMarketplace. Manage user to service associations via the NMCI enterprise management tool. V
  • Validate and process NMCI service and MAC (Move, Add and Changes) requests using enterprise tools such as NET and SREFORMs.
  • Assist the government with command input concerning NMCI requirements, ordering, funding, invoicing and contractor performances with final government approval.
  • Assist the government representative with technology refresh events and issuance including computing assets, mobile devices, software installations, network support, and authorized portable electronic storage devices
  • Communicate with NMCI to ensure accurate trouble ticket status and expedited ticket resolution for senior ASN (RD&A) Very Important Person (VIP) personnel through to completion.
  • Provide support for all information technology conferencing requirements for ASN (RD&A) personnel, ensuring communication reliability.
  • Provide audio and video teleconferencing (VTC/SVTC) setup and training to personnel as required to ensure scheduled VTC/SVTC events are operational within DASN (APB) IT's area of responsibility.
  • Provide Information Assurance and content management support for DASN (APB) with a subject matter expert (SME) to manage websites and support to the Functional Area Manager and Information System Security Manager (ISSM).
  • Provide knowledgeable support to the government for current and future requirements related to standard hardware, software, network, web, and e-mail systems used by the ASN (RD&A) personnel.
  • Minimum Qualifications

Must possess Security+ certification and have knowledge and at least one year of demonstrated specialized experience with NEN Assistant Contract Representative (ACTR) duties and responsibilities.
