What You'll Do

As a Digital Records Processing Associate, you'll support the conversion of physical documents into organized digital records. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our clients' information systems.

Document Preparation & Scanning
  • Prepare and organize paper files for digital conversion
  • Operate scanning equipment and review image quality
  • Accurately label and index digital records
  • Ensure documents are processed according to company standards
Production & Quality Support
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
  • Maintain detailed production logs and tracking records
  • Perform routine quality checks on scanned documents
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient
Administrative Assistance
  • Complete data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
