Job description

We are seeking a hands-on senior engineer to help continue the development, care, feeding, deployment, and support of our SAP 2.0 platform. This role spans platform engineering, software development, automation, infrastructure, and SAP operations. The ideal candidate can design and build delivery pipelines, container images, Helm-based deployments, and operational tooling while also supporting production platform reliability, security, and lifecycle management. This will be a hybrid position.

Skill Requirements:

  • Must Hold a Secret Clearance
  • Build, deploy, harden, operate, and extend the SAP 2.0 platform across Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure Local, and AKS environments
    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, build, and enhance the SAP 2.0 platform for containerized SAP workloads and supporting platform services.
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, validation, release, deployment, and promotion of SAP platform components.
    • Create and support hardened container images, Dockerfiles, runtime patterns, and deployment artifacts for SAP services and associated tooling.
    • Develop and maintain Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, OpenShift templates, and YAML-based configuration across environments.
    • Write and maintain automation and support tooling in Bash and Go for provisioning, startup orchestration, health checks, troubleshooting, and platform operations.
    • Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot workloads in Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Azure Local, and Azure Kubernetes Service environments.
    • Work closely with SAP, infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to ensure reliable service delivery and production support.
