Job Description

We are looking for a VES Special Project Analyst to investigate account issues, analyze vehicle registration data, maintain account accuracy, and support customer and agency inquiries while ensuring compliance with established operational procedures. This position will be full-time and onsite in Boca Raton, FL.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Exercise independent judgment while following established guidelines and procedures

  • Research, respond to, and resolve registered owner of vehicle lookup issues using the Unicenter Service Desk application

  • Perform registered owner vehicle queries utilizing the TLO skip tracing application

  • Analyze license plate history using TLO and determine appropriate updates to customer account information

  • Review and audit daily reports to identify and correct incomplete customer demographic information

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Correspondence, Call Center staff, SunPass Operations Management, and other internal departments

  • Assist interoperability partners with account creation and registrant lookup requests

  • Create, maintain, and update operational reports as requested by management

  • Enter and maintain complete and accurate account notes, vehicle information, and supporting documentation within Vector

  • Ensure compliance with established performance standards, procedures, and metrics

  • Support special projects and additional operational activities as assigned

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Minimum of three months of experience as an Image Verifier, Customer Care Specialist, Correspondence Analyst, or related role

  • Experience researching, reviewing, and validating customer or account information

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and business rules and apply them accurately

  • Experience working with customer account information and maintaining data accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with business systems, databases, and data entry applications

  • Experience creating, updating, and maintaining reports

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder support skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with TLO or similar skip tracing tools

  • Experience working with account research, account maintenance, or compliance-related processes

  • Experience with Vector, Unicenter Service Desk, or comparable case management systems

  • Experience working in tolling, transportation, or customer operations environments

  • Experience auditing data and ensuring account accuracy

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
