Job Title: IT Analyst II

Location: 6833 W Willis Rd Ste 5050, Chandler, AZ 85226

Duties

  • Lead IT deskside activities to support all employees at the Client Chandler plant in Chandler, AZ.  
  • Support the systems running in the Manufacturing Infrastructure environment at Chandler Operations.  This infrastructure is comprised of VMWare VM's running Windows operating systems, Windows physical machines, SAN's, and backup storage devices and supports running SQL Server, IIS, Rockwell Factory Talk, and other systems.
  • Execute quarterly patch cycle and other periodic security updates.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 10 and 11), network, mobile devices and a range of software applications.
  • Stage, configure, and deliver IT assets. (e.g., personal computers and mobile phones)  
  • Manage the inventory of IT assets.  
  • Work across a global IT support team to share information and best practices.  
  • Operate with Client IS standards and conventions and applicable Client Business Unit IT Standards.

 

Skills

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the practical application of systems and technology. This includes knowledge of systems architecture, hardware, operations, and life cycle.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and SQL Server configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the functional systems deployed in the environment.
  • Manage aspects of computer rooms such as UPS backup power, environmental monitoring, housekeeping, and audit compliance.
  • Use productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) effectively.
  • Develop an understanding of the business processes.
  • Timely completion of process audit/compliance requirements.
  • Ensure security and compliance in the process control computing area.

  • Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in job requirements, changes in technology, and changes in the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to think through complex technical problems and identify and resolve gaps / risk.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach.
  • Exercise strong decision-making capabilities, with ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation with autonomous work ethic.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience as an IT professional in a business environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited organization.
