*Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, oncall, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply.Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Customer/Vendor Relationships -Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, department/division, vendors and key stakeholders.

  • Analysis -Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve imaging systems related issue requests from the department and institution. Maintain issues log and troubleshooting guide. Document issue resolution and provide feedback to users on how to avoid consistent errors. Escalate issues to management with potential solutions. Monitor systems as necessary using available methods.

  • Integration - Data - Demonstrate competence in image analysis, programming, and integrating data and ideas in complex ways, specific to MR and CT imaging.

  • Software - Creation and optimization - Write and alter existing software in a variety of languages such as Matlab, Python, or C, to optimize and streamline image analysis. Experience in machine learning and/or deep-learning algorithms preferred.

  • Technical Support -Participate in the installation, configuration, updating, testing, and validation and ongoing support of imaging related systems. Ensure that data coming across systems interfaces meets the business need. Serve as liaison between the department, Information Services, and vendors.

  • Design and Development -Understand the downstream impact of changes in technology. Assist in the writing and preparation of user documentation and training materials. Assist with and conduct training as needed.

  • Project Management- Manage small medical imaging projects. Create and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion of projects. Assist with setting project task goals, milestones and priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
