Job Summary:
AA2IT is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for VSP (Vision Service Plan) in Rancho Cordova, CA. The role involves providing onsite support for Windows 10 and MS Office 0365, including troubleshooting, imaging, and asset management.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting Windows 10
• MS Office 0365 with 2-3 years of Enterprise exp
• Troubleshooting skills HDWR/SFTWR
• Client environment AV support
• Depot repair diagnostic skillset, Imaging, Network and connectivity
• IMAC (Install Move Add Change) and Computer imaging
• AD Provisioning
• AV support, Laptop and mobile iOS support; Microsoft and Desktop support to include imaging, active directory and Provisioning.
• Asset management, decommission and IMAC, Functional onsite support
• Will match activities, cases and projects that are assigned to team members incorporating candidate's skillset.
• Must be detailed and process-oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps, and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status.
Qualifications:
Required:
• IMAC experience
• Proficient with WIN10 / O365 & Outlook Support
• Experienced Desktop support including Computer imaging and IMAC
• Enterprise level onsite support history and experience
• Hands-on experience with deployments, installation and set-up of laptops, desktops and printers
• Supporting Windows 10
• MS Office 0365 with 2-3 years of Enterprise experience
• Troubleshooting skills HDWR/SFTWR
• Client environment AV support
• Depot repair diagnostic skillset, Imaging, Network and connectivity
• IMAC (Install Move Add Change) and Computer imaging
• AD Provisioning
• Willing to certify as necessary
• Onsite support experience
• Experience in remote online administration
• Ability to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status
• Ability to lift 40 pounds (repetitive)
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and adhere to best practices
Preferred:
• Minimum of 1 of 4: Comptia A+, Network +, Server+ or Security+
• Mac hardware certs not required but accepted in lieu of the others
• Microsoft Certifications - relevant certs will be taken into consideration in lieu of experience
