IMA is excited to introduce IMA Ascend - a unique, early-career rotational program designed for recent graduates who are ready to launch a dynamic career in the insurance and financial services industry.
About the Program:
The IMA Ascend Program is a 12-24 month, full-time, in-office rotational experience based in Denver, CO. Through structured rotations, participants will build a strong foundation in insurance while developing the skills needed for long-term success. Participants will gain hands-on exposure across key areas of our business, including:
• Property & Casualty
• Construction
• Real Estate
• Claims
What You'll Gain:
• Intensive, hands-on training across multiple business lines
• Participation in IMA University (IMA U) training programs
• Support in obtaining industry licenses
• Exposure to client service and account management
• Mentorship and career development guidance
Career Path:
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a full-time Account Manager role within one of IMA's business units.
Compensation & Work Environment:
• Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
• Full-time, benefits-eligible position
• In-office role based in Denver, CO
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in risk management, business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in building a long-term career in insurance and financial services
