RESPONSIBILITIES

Design educational content aligned with instructional design principles and business objectives

• Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop ILT, vILT, workshops, and e-learning curricula

• Develop interactive online learning experiences using modern eLearning tools

• Assess training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements

• Create content aligned with Zoox brand guidelines and style guides

• Streamline eLearning production processes while maintaining quality

• Collaborate with technical stakeholders including service leaders, program managers, and technicians

• Facilitate planning sessions and translate feedback into instructional strategies • Travel up to 15% as business needs require

QUALIFICATIONS

6-8 years of instructional design experience focused on blended learning, OLT, ILT, and vILT • 2+ years of automotive industry experience preferred • Strong conceptual design and learner experience development skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments • Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills • Experience creating learning evaluation plans • Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Engineering, or related field • Portfolio of instructional design work samples require
