Job description

E-Logic is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Technology and Innovation Branch. This role is responsible for creating high-quality visual communications that transform complex technical information into engaging, accessible, and executive-ready products. The successful candidate will develop infographics, reports, presentations, digital content, and other communication materials that support federal initiatives while ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop infographics, technical illustrations, and data visualizations.
  • Create graphics for executive presentations, reports, publications, and marketing materials.
  • Produce digital and print communication products that meet Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with technical writers, program managers, and subject matter experts to communicate complex information through visual design.
  • Develop graphics for websites, dashboards, newsletters, webinars, and outreach materials.
  • Maintain consistency with project branding and visual communication standards.
  • Prepare production-ready files for publication across print and digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing technical publications, presentations, infographics, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Experience creating data visualizations and executive-level communication products.
  • Experience producing Section 508-compliant digital and print deliverables.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, layout design, and branding.
