To thrive as an Instructional Learning Coach, you need a strong background in teaching, curriculum development, and instructional strategies, usually supported by a teaching degree and relevant certifications. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), data analysis tools, and educational technology platforms is commonly required. Exceptional communication, coaching, and collaboration skills help foster teacher growth and drive instructional improvement. These competencies are crucial for supporting educators, enhancing student outcomes, and implementing effective teaching practices across schools.
