What are IITs?

IITs, or Indian Institutes of Technology, are a group of autonomous public technical and research universities located across India. Admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs at IITs is highly competitive, with students required to clear national-level entrance exams such as JEE Advanced. IIT graduates are sought after globally for their technical skills and innovative thinking.

What are some common challenges faced by IT professionals when supporting non-technical team members?

IT professionals often encounter challenges when assisting non-technical colleagues, such as effectively communicating technical concepts in simple terms and addressing varying levels of digital literacy.
