Company Description

Princess Feet Dance Academy is a youth-centered performing arts organization dedicated to creating magical, high-quality dance experiences that ignite young artists’ purpose, fuel their passions, and awaken their possibilities.

Founded in 2013 as a mobile dance program serving children throughout Compton and surrounding Los Angeles communities, Princess Feet has grown into a studio-based dance academy while continuing our commitment to bringing accessible dance education directly into schools, childcare centers, after-school programs, and community organizations.

We provide dance and performing arts education for children and teens in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Creative Movement, and performance training. Our students have opportunities to participate in classes, productions, community performances, and our developing Dance & Theatre Company.

At Princess Feet, we believe dance education is about more than learning choreography. Our teachers help students develop technique, discipline, confidence, creativity, teamwork, self-expression, leadership, and a genuine love for the performing arts.

We serve students from a variety of backgrounds, experience levels, learning styles, and abilities. We are especially committed to providing young artists in historically underserved communities with access to quality performing arts education and opportunities to see themselves as dancers, performers, leaders, and creators.
