Position Summary

IFE NDT is seeking a hands-on QHSE Leader with NDT experience to support operations across multiple districts. This is a field-driven leadership role, not a desk position.

You will work directly with technicians and shop teams to enforce safety, quality, and operational standards, while helping drive consistency across all locations. This role requires someone who can step into the field, identify issues, and take action.

Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Accountability

  • Travel regularly between Colorado and Texas locations
  • Work directly with field teams to ensure procedures and standards are followed
  • Identify gaps in safety, quality, and documentation and correct them in real time
  • Hold teams accountable to company and client expectations

QHSE Compliance & Execution

  • Support and enforce QHSE policies across all districts
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure work orders, documentation, and certifications are accurate and complete
  • Maintain audit-ready operations

Operations Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with operations to improve consistency between locations
  • Drive Lean practices and enforce 5S standards across all shops
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
  • Support implementation of systems and processes
  • Assist in training technicians on procedures and expectations
  • Reinforce safe work practices and accountability
  • Support development of field personnel

Incident & Quality Support

  • Assist in investigating safety incidents and quality issues
  • Help identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are completed

Qualifications Required

  • NDT experience (Level II preferred or strong field experience)
  • 3+ years in oilfield services, NDT, or mechanical operations
  • Willingness to travel regularly between districts
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with field personnel
  • Self-starter who can operate independently

Preferred

  • Previous QHSE, safety, or supervisory experience
  • Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices
  • Experience working across multiple locations
