Calendar hearings, depositions, mediations, conference calls, litigation file deadlines and client meetings

Make photocopies

Request lien search, survey, estoppel, Mortgage payoffs

Manage requests for discovery 

Draft standard closing documents

Draft legal documents

Assist with clearing title issues

Initiate and maintain communication with all parties

Request seller and buyer information via email, enter the information into closing software

Enter title request information into e-Closing and order closing protection letter

Coordinate with seller and seller’s realtor for survey

Draft preliminary closing statement/CD or HUD

Prepare final closing disclosure/HUD in accordance with lender’s instructions

Record documents

Confirm recording of satisfaction of mortgages

Send payments to vendors with cover letters

Request pre and post-closing title updates

Request title policy(ies)

Manage social media

Manage electronic and physical filing

Scan file and shred paper file

Manage website
