Job description

Aspire North REALTORS® is seeking a highly organized, technology-driven MLS Admin to learn the daily operations of a Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and performance of the MLS while providing exceptional support to our REALTOR® members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the MLS platform and related technologies.
  • Provide technical support and customer service to MLS subscribers.
  • Monitor listing compliance and enforce MLS Rules and Regulations.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of MLS data.
  • Coordinate with software vendors to resolve issues and implement system enhancements.
  • Oversee MLS training for new and existing members.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
  • Prepare reports, statistics, and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as staff liaison to the MLS Committee and assist with MLS-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in MLS administration, real estate technology, or a related field. Will train the right person.
  • Knowledge of MLS operations, real estate practices, and organized real estate preferred but not needed.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and support multiple software platforms.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based software applications.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working for a REALTOR® Association, MLS organization, or real estate brokerage.
  • Familiarity with RESO standards, IDX/VOW policies, data licensing, and MLS compliance.
  • Experience supporting technology vendors and implementing software solutions.

Pay: $24.50 - $27.00 per hour
