ATS and PDU Installation / Configuration

Respond to customer queries and handle escalation

Provide H&F Support at Data Center to remote team

Provide H&F Support at MDF to remote team

Troubleshoot Storage Components like Internal storage, Attached storages, SAN Switches, HBA, LUN & Mapping, RAID groups, Volume Groups etc

Troubleshooting technical issues related and handling escalations

Troubleshoot hardware issues on Storage Environment and coordinate with multiple teams

Analysis, optimization, design, installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting

Provide H&F Support for backup devices, rack-stack and troubleshooting H/w issues

Install, configure and support network equipment including large routers, large switches, medium switches and small switches to maximize network efficiency and security and, update to the latest firmware releases.

Planning, communicating and executing any changes in the network environment by following the Customer change management process

Managing and supporting UPS, PDUs which is Connected with Network Gears and Replacing Faulty Batteries

Working on pre-approved projects (PPH)
