Your Role:

As an Identity Theft Specialist, youโ€™ll be the primary point of contact to speak to individuals who have an interest in purchasing this protection and to provide support and information to clients who fear they may have had their identity stolen. Youโ€™ll not only earn great money, but youโ€™ll be doing work you can feel good about as you guide clients through the process of protecting their loved ones from identity theft. Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding to requests for general information regarding Zander Identity Theft Protection.
  • Selling and/or upgrading IDT Coverage - providing protection to customers and their families by offering enhanced Identity Theft Protection plans and assisting with upgrades to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Answering questions regarding possible data breaches.
  • Taking inbound / making outbound phone calls, responding to emails.
  • Assisting current customers with updating their payment and contact information.
