We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Identity Management team, dedicated to enhancing the security and user experience of our systems. This role emphasizes advanced strategic insight, leadership, and comprehensive knowledge of identity management principles.


What you will do

Requirements Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and present IAM roadmaps that align with clients' business objectives, establishing a clear strategic direction for effective identity management solutions.
  • Lead the requirements gathering process, eliciting and analyzing needs from diverse stakeholders including executive leadership, IT teams, and end users.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement while aligning them with industry best practices.

Documentation & Solution Development:

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and support the development of innovative identity management solutions.

Project Coordination & Leadership:

  • Lead and facilitate IAM assessments, identifying gaps and opportunities in client identity management processes.
  • Oversee project timelines and resources ensuring milestones are met while managing expectations of stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior analysts and team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

User Training & Change Management:

  • Develop and implement training programs to facilitate smooth transitions to new processes and systems.
  • Advocate for change management best practices, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:
