We're looking for a Sr. Strategist to join our growing team and help us to conceptualize and build full business development strategies with the aim of increasing business sales revenue and growth trajectories.

What You'll Do Here:
  • Working with Clients and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop strategic solutions that drive growth and success.
  • Leading brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to generate new ideas and strategies.
  • Developing a clear understanding of client objectives and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Building comprehensive pitch decks that showcase the strategic vision and outline the details of proposed campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the accounts and creative teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Presenting pitch decks and strategies to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Continuously refining and iterating strategies based on client feedback and insights.
  • Developing the story without supervision and delivering a clear and compelling presentation.
  • Often called upon to be a creative voice and strong ideator throughout the company across many departments and large-scale projects. Able to confidently lead creative brainstorms with company stakeholders and clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.
You'll Need To Have:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional sales experience with strategy and social media platforms - agency experience preferred
  • Ability to write an informative brief that clearly and confidently articulates vision and process.
  • Ability to translate direction from internal leadership and external clients into social media strategies and deliverables.
  • Responsive and available to meet the demands of clients across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytical tools
  • Must have a university degree, or college diploma, in a relevant field such as marketing, business, public relations, communications, and/or have equivalent work experience.
