Position Summary

Extuisseekinga strategic, market-facing Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and market adoption for our Partner Experience Platform. This role will serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership-ensuring our platform is clearly differentiated, enterprise-ready, and consistently represented across every customer touchpoint.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role focused on product marketing strategy, customer insights, competitive intelligence, analyst engagement, and product launches. The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS product marketing experience and a proven ability to translate complex technology into compelling customer value propositions that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
The Product Marketing Manager will act as the voice of the market internally while ensuringExtuspeaks with oneclear, differentiated voice externally.


Key Responsibilities

Product Partnership & Customer Insights

  • Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights
  • Act as the voice of the customer and market internally
  • Conduct win/loss analysis, customer research, and buyer insight initiatives to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy

Strategic Positioning & Category Leadership

  • Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Sales teams
  • Experience launching SaaS products or enterprise technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of product commercialization, customer adoption, and buyer journeys
  • Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence assets
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


Preferred Qualifications
