Job description


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand the brand and marketing strategies and translate them into clear, compelling and exciting visual design solutions.
  • Conceptualize and execute designs for a variety of marketing materials and channels - including website, landing pages, social media, PPC ads, branded content, presentation decks, templates ,emails, infographics, etc.
  • Help shape and extend our visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design at a systems level, where components can be re-used and built to scale, optimized across different screen sizes and devices.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure effective implementation of new designs

REQUIREMENTS
  • A portfolio that demonstrates versatility, strong graphic principles and creative work.
  • Strong fundamentals in design, such as typography, iconography, composition, and color, as well as having a keen eye for aesthetics and staying on top of design trends.
  • Familiarity with web design fundamentals, UI/UX principles, responsive design, grid systems and HTML/CSS.
  • Ability to concept and create refined illustrations from scratch that are on-brand.
  • Motion skills - a big plus.
  • A high level of attention to details, accuracy and consistency.
  • Passion for creating repeatable processes, leveraging design libraries, and evolving brand systems.
  • Proficiency with design tools, such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch. Ability to quickly learn new tools and integrate into daily work.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great communication skills, ability to receive and give constructive feedback.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 46,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 161,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
