Job description

Description:

IceLand Ice Arena is seeking one individual to join our team of dedicated Zamboni drivers.

Responsibilities include; opening facility in the early morning, maintaining and cleaning of facility daily. Operation a Zamboni ice resurfacer. Monitoring refrigeration system and logging hourly readings of equipment. Building maintenance including cleaning washrooms, changing light bulbs, taking out trash, mopping floors, washing windows and general janitorial chores.

Maintenance Tech reports directly to the General Manager.  


Requirements:

Qualified candidates with prior ice resurfacer experience preferred but training is provided. Applicants must be flexible and be available to work hours stated. Must be 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Must be able to read, write and speak English. This is a part time position with no benefits.
