Job Description:

  • Greet guests warmly and with high energy, take orders, and ensure a seamless payment process.
  • Craft visually appealing and scrumptious menu options with creative touches.
  • Operate and maintain specialized ice cream machinery to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Understand the impact of excellent service, high-quality products, and a clean environment on our guests' experience.
  • Rotate stock to maintain freshness standards (FIFO- First In, First Out)
  • Keep work areas and cooking equipment pristine, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain high sanitation, health, and safety standards in your work areas.
  • Be ever-ready to identify and resolve customer requests, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Dive into assignments with dedication, contributing to the overall success of Coney's Cones.
  • Provide efficient service by delivering products and services that are available for purchase with a friendly touch.
  • Follow all CAI policies and procedures to keep the ice cream adventure running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cooks, fellow service assistants, and cashiers.
  • Demonstrate courtesy and quick service, ensuring a delightful experience for our guests and encourage repeat visits.
  • Be prepared to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects like trash bags, kegs, or pallets of stock
  • Flexibility to work independently and/or as part of a team.
  • Availability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift.
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and honest.
