Position Summary

The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times. This role plays a key part in delivering efficient service and a positive guest experience, especially during high-volume events.

This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until July 31, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
  • Assist bartenders with preparing the bar before, during, and after service.
  • Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware promptly.
  • Refill ice bins and ensure all stations are properly supplied.
  • Support opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown.
  • Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Provide excellent support to ensure smooth and timely service to guests.
Qualifications
  • Previous barback or food and beverage experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (based on state laws).
