Job description

We are seeking to hire someone to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders and serve Shaved Ice & Ice Cream to patrons at local events in Ventura and Los Angeles County.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve shaved ice & ice cream to guests
  • Explain to guests about menu items
  • Clean the shaved ice truck, both inside and outside
  • Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the truck
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Perform other truck duties as assigned
  • Drive the truck if qualified to do so

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
