PRO BEV® is seeking an Ice Machine Service Technician to join our growing field service team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with commercial customers while developing specialized skills servicing and maintaining commercial ice machines and related equipment throughout the Largo, Florida area.

This is more than a cleaning position. You'll play a critical role in helping businesses keep their equipment operating efficiently through preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and customer support. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and taking ownership of your daily schedule, this could be an excellent fit.

Whether your experience comes from HVAC, refrigeration, appliance repair, plumbing, facilities maintenance, restaurant equipment service, commercial maintenance, or another mechanical field, we provide training to help you build specialized expertise and expand your technical skill set.

What You'll Do

Every day you'll travel locally to customer locations, helping ensure commercial ice machines operate reliably, efficiently, and safely.

Responsibilities include:

  • Service, clean, and maintain commercial ice machines

  • Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment performance and reliability

  • Inspect equipment and identify maintenance concerns before they become larger problems

  • Diagnose basic mechanical and operational issues

  • Complete minor repairs and service recommendations

  • Communicate findings and recommendations professionally with customers

  • Maintain accurate service documentation using mobile technology

  • Manage a daily service route efficiently and independently

  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and maintenance standards
