Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Ice Machine Technician with hands-on expertise servicing and repairing Follett ice machines and refrigeration equipment


This is a full-time role supporting healthcare and commercial facilities throughout the Los Angeles area.


The ideal candidate is technically strong, safety-focused, customer-oriented, and holds all required certifications to independently perform refrigeration and ice machine repairs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities


Diagnose, repair, and maintain Follett ice machines and related refrigeration systems

Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs to manufacturer standards

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues

Accurately document service work, findings, and parts used

Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements

Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

Ensure reliable equipment performance in mission-critical environments


Required Qualifications
