Job description

  • Deploy and configure AI financial agents for customers
  • Translate complex accounting policies, including ASC 606, into automated logic
  • Configure, test, and tune AI agents and account structures against customer business rules and data pipelines
  • Run evidence-based onboarding tests to identify customer friction points
  • Build scalable, repeatable onboarding frameworks to accelerate time to value
  • Advocate for customers internally and collaborate with Product and Engineering on product workflows
  • Track usage, proactively mitigate risks, identify expansion triggers, and drive long-term platform adoption
  • Partner with founders, accountants, and mid-market Controllers
  • Contribute to the deployment playbook for an AI-native accounting platform
Requirements
  • Strong background in accounting or finance
  • Solid grasp of revenue recognition, including ASC 606
  • Understanding of modern ERP systems
  • Experience or strong desire to work directly with customers
  • Experience in customer success, implementations, technical account management, or product operations using an accounting background
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proven track record managing complex stakeholder environments and meeting aggressive delivery deadlines
  • Ability to prompt, configure, and optimize autonomous AI systems for complex financial rules
  • CPA license, preferred
  • Heavy auditing experience, such as Big Four experience, or experience managing revenue and accounting, preferred
  • Ability to independently navigate analytics platforms and interpret platform health, onboarding data, and user behavior, preferred
