Rita's Italian Ice amp; Frozen Custard is looking for full-time shift leaders for its Mableton, GA (Cobb County) location.

If youโ€™re hardworking, responsible, have amazing customer service skills and are looking for a FUN job, then weโ€™re looking for you! Ideal candidates will have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and prior customer service or leadership experience.โ€จโ€จโ€จโ€จ
Shift Leaders support the managers in maintaining and operating a successful store while following Ritaโ€™s policies and procedures, maintaining excellent guest service, a CLEAN shop, and promoting a team atmosphere to maximize store profitability.
Weekday daytime availability is a plus. Pay is dependent on experience.โ€จโ€จIf you have specific salary requirements, please mention that in the additional information section of the application. This is a position where providing great and consistent service can lead to great tips for additional income.
This is not an entry level position. Applicants must be 18 or older as this is a management position where you will be working side by side with the Franchisee owners to build the safest, cleanest, most customer-friendly Rita's Italian Ice amp; Frozen Custard shop!
