Job description


Position: Youth Sports Instructor
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Application Deadlines: 8/6/2026
Foothills is looking for Youth Sports/Gymnastics Instructors to assist with entry level youth gymnastics classes such as Parent/Tot, Tiny Tumblers and Preschool classes. You do NOT need to be a gymnastics expert.
Youth classes are held Monday - Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm for 5 and under only classes. Scheduling is flexible but ideal candidates would have a consistent availability to ensure class consistency. Punctual and reliable attendance is required.
Job duties include:
  • Provide gym/class supervision.
  • Ensure the safety of all participants.
  • Basic instruction (training will be provided).
  • Engage with parents and participants in a positive manner.
  • Help create an environment where kids can learn and play.

Experience and Skills
  • Enthusiastic about working with children (primarily ages 9 months - 5 years).
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications preferred, required within 60 days of hire.
