Summary
Responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the Shakopee Ice Arena, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain an organized, clean and safe facility.
  • Enforce all rules, regulations and guidelines.
  • Operate ice resurfacer.
  • Collect fees for ice time, skate rental and sharpening, and other services.
  • Administer basic first aid to patrons.
  • Complete accident and incident reports.
  • Portray a positive and professional attitude to the public.
  • Care of all equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Requires strong oral and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, assessing situations and responding in a decisive and fair manner.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
