About the Job:
Combine your love for Häagen-Dazs with your sales skills as a Sales Associate! We're looking for individuals who can provide exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge, and drive sales. Join us in creating unforgettable ice cream experiences for our customers while spreading the joy of Häagen-Dazs!
As a Team Member, some of your core activities will include:
  • Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes.
  • Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.
  • Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room/storage.
  • Prepare and re-stock ingredients.
  • Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.

Requirements:
In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:
  • Must be able be available to work, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts .
  • Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests.
  • Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu.
  • Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests.
  • Follow the correct ice cream scooping method.
  • Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.
  • Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.


The candidate must meet the following requirements:
  • Willing to perform all assigned activities.
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
  • Prior customer service experience a plus but not required.
