Employees may also need to adapt quickly to working both indoors (e.g., in the scoop shop or production area) and outdoors (e.g., on the farm or with animals). To prepare, it's helpful to develop strong time management skills, maintain flexibility, and be ready to work as part of a diverse team focused on providing a fun, safe, and educational experience for visitors.

These skills are vital to ensure safe, high-quality products and positive customer experiences in a unique, farm-based setting.
