Looking for a role where you can bring smiles to faces and enjoy a fun, fast-paced work environment? At CHARLIE'S ICE CREAM in Sylvania, OH, we’re all about serving up delicious treats and creating memorable experiences for our customers. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and maybe a little ice cream on their face). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and taking their orders with a friendly attitude.
- Preparing and serving our delicious ice cream and other menu items with care and attention to detail.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a great experience for everyone.
