Job description

Mayvin is seeking a Cost Analyst II to support the United States Army and CPE Ground at Fort Belvoir, VA. The candidate will support the cost analysis and the development of DoD Contracts and Acquisition Documentation for ACAT II - IV DoD Programs as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs / MTAs and other acquisition and contracting efforts. The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance. Responsibilities : * Provides subject matter expertise in managing and executing the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software * Provides initial planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams * Provides support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) * Prepares Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
