Job Description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented administrative professional to support the Member Services, Lending, and Debt Resolution teams. This role keeps departmental operations running smoothly by handling documentation, recordkeeping, reporting, and account research, all while helping ensure an excellent experience for members. The ideal candidate is comfortable following established regulatory and compliance guidelines and enjoys a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with some office administrative experience who's eager to build a career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier shipments; provide day-to-day administrative support across departments
- Digitize and organize member, loan, and debt resolution files within internal document systems
- Conduct quality control checks on consumer and home equity loan files; generate and review reports to confirm accuracy and policy compliance
- Support internal audit processes as needed
- Assist with post-closing home equity tasks, including processing and mailing checks, updating loan records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Prepare and process debt resolution paperwork, such as bankruptcy notifications, garnishments, and related affidavits
- Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 6–12 months of related experience (office support, filing, scanning, or quality control); banking or credit union background a plus
- High school diploma required
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and clear communication
- Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude and close attention to detail
