Job description

A very busy automotive restoration facility in LaGrange, Il seeks a self motivated, hard working individual. We specialize in frame off restorationย  and high end, exotic vehicle collision work.
Responsibilities:
Apply and sand body filler as needed on complete body panels to produce a "show quality" appearance yet being able to avoid excessive material build up.
Apply and sand polyester spray filler as needed on body parts.
Apply and sand primer surfacer.
Maintain a professional, safe and clean work space.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years automotive bodywork experience.
Ability and desire to do high level "show quality" work.
Self-motivated/goal orientated
Previous experience with Glasuit paint system a plus.
Ability to work well independently, and work well within a team to ensure positive results.
Ability to maintain a safe clean work space.
ASE/ICAR certification is a plus.
Ability to maintain a safe clean work space.
ASE/ICAR certification is a plus.
Ability to pass background check.
Valid Drivers' License/U.S. citizen or valid work visa.
Start Date/Hours:
Immediate start available
Hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm daily Monday-Friday
Compensation:
Hourly pay is based on experience and skills.
Overtime is available when necessary for job completion.
