Job description

What you'll do Complete collision repairs per estimate and to OEM/manufacturer standards with a quality-first mindset. Inspect and verify parts against the repair plan; flag discrepancies and help ensure correct parts are on hand. Prep vehicles for repair, including teardown and reassembly as needed.

Document supplemental damage and request additional parts/labor so repairs are complete and accurate. Communicate early if anything may impact quality or promise time; partner with Estimators and Production on solutions. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and fellow techs to keep repairs flowing and customers delighted.

Demonstrate professional, safety-focused behavior in every customer, teammate, and vendor interaction. What you'll bring 2+ years as a collision/body technician; structural/frame experience preferred. Working knowledge of repair vs.

replace decisions and all phases of collision repair. Ability to read repair orders/estimates and follow OEM procedures. Valid driver's license and a strong safety record.
