Job description

Job Title

Responsibilities

  • Reviews submitted enrollment requests assigned via the enrollment queues.
  • Processes according to established productivity goals while maintaining established quality goals.
  • Takes initiative to check questions or unusual situations with management in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensures thorough and timely completion of requests for additions, changes and terminations to subscriber and dependent records.
  • Notifies the Supervisor of trends that will impact internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to work required extra hours as dictated by business needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or College Degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry, with a combined focus on production and quality. College degree in lieu of experience will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others and have a willingness to be a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate via email.
  • Familiarity with data processing and the ability to work with documented policies and procedures.
  • Health Rules, Excel, Word, SharePoint, One Hub, Service Now and any other system that logs productivity and triages workflow.
