Their goal is to enable informed decision-making and improve overall business performance.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an IBP Architect, and why are they important?

To excel as an IBP Architect, you need deep expertise in integrated business planning, supply chain processes, and a background in business, engineering, or IT.
